Pauw joined DHL Supply Chain in 2013 and worked at the company for three years, where he climbed the ranks to become general manager.

Pauw then joined Imperial, where he served in several management positions over the next five years – including being the Managing Director for the Ocean Traders International Group and then for the Market Access Consumer group in the SADC East region.
