Nxanga has a decade of experience in the industry, which he built at companies such as Hollard Insurance, Mutual and Federal, and Liberty Group before joining Guardrisk.

He is passionate about supporting the growth of revenue-generating InsurTechs by fostering cooperation between investors and businesses.

Nxanga holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science from the University of Cape Town and an MBA from the University of Johannesburg.

Marsden is an entrepreneur on a mission to equip Africa’s founders for success through technology, capital, and community.

He’s a former high-net-worth wealth advisor who switched to become a tech founder.

Marsden has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance and Financial Management Services – as well as an Honours degree in business science, finance and investment from the University of Witwatersrand.
